Network Engineers
Network Engineers are critical to the success of Eastman Technologies and our customer’s. They provide strategic network and application integration required in today's converged networks. These professionals possess a thorough understanding of networking and have had more than 5 years of real-life experience implementing data networking, unified messaging, multi-channel contact centers, IP Telephony and other mission critical applications. They are experienced with multiple operating systems, standards-based servers and network appliances, and the management applications necessary to proactively support and manage these networks.

Project Managers
In order to successfully plan and implement communication solutions experienced project management is essential. These individuals must have experience working with project management software, understand methodologies associated with complex projects, manage important milestones and critical paths, and most importantly deliver successful projects on time and within budget. The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external contacts is critical for Eastman Technologies to successfully meet and exceed our customer’s high expectations. Project Management Institute (PMI) certification and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are highly desirable.

Sales Engineers
Sales engineers work closely with the Business Development Managers to assist our customers and partners with the necessary design, configuration and technical information required to provide a complete solution to our customer’s. This position demands individuals that possess both telephony and data networking experience. Another requirement is that they have worked successfully with small, medium and large customers in the past.

Sales Professionals

Will I get some training to help me get up-to-speed?
When you join the team, you may require training. The training will vary depending on the role. It may include internal or external courses, on-the-job training via mentoring or other suitable and available means.
